Hip Hope's Commitment to Ministries
1. Establishing a culture of Prayer. For our communication and coordination to be fruitful, we must be lead by the Spirit and continually go before the Lord in prayer. It is essential.
2. Providing Relevant Strategies & Teams(We bring intercessory, creative arts and administrative teams) to effectively carry out the event and set a foundation for future collaborations.
3. Identifying Resources that helpful for outreach and discipleship
4. Helping to initiate/improve discipleship processes.
Commitments of Partnering Ministries
All of these things can only be accomplished in context of a team, we don't expect all participating ministries to fulfill all these commitments by themselves. Just do whatever you can.
1. Commitment to a culture Prayer in their youth group/church/organization, not only praying for the outreach but for transformation(revival in amongst youth, their must be willingness to partner other ministries/churches(other parts of the body).
2.Commitment to effectively publicize the outreach to the saved and especially unsaved youth in the community. (The team in America will take care of all website related publicity , we will also be working with the participating ministries to create cool video prom video .we will looking to you guys to create flyers/posters and major campaign in the schools, youth recreational centers, parks, youth groups etc. You can also create youtube, facebook page if you want. If possible if ad can be put on T.V it will be good, but not necessary.)
3. Commitment to find workers from church and youth group to help on the day of outreach
4. Commitment to follow-up with new converts & disciple the new youths that come through the outreach.(This final step is as important as the outreach itself. The Hip Hope team in the U.S is committed to provide follow-up & discipleship strategy and material for participating ministries who need it.This is something we are really committed to do. It is also helpful if the ministries have exciting YOUTH GROUPS to plug the youth into.)
